These Plain Blue Overlap Pool Liners are designed to fit 48" and 52" deep above ground swimming pools. Manufactured from heavy-duty 16 thou vinyl, they provide durability, flexibility, and a clean, classic mid-blue finish suitable for most steel wall and framed above ground pools.

Do not attempt a liner change on a windy day
Install on a warm, dry day
As this is a stretch-in vinyl liner, warmth helps the material stretch and fit correctly
Ensure the base is completely level
Remove all loose debris
Blind out any imperfections with sand or fine dust
Install either:
A sand base, or
Polystyrene sheets (from a builder’s merchant), taped together with fibre tape to create a single smooth surface
Polystyrene sheets must sit inside the pool wall, not underneath
Form the correct-sized cove using soft builder’s sand or
Install a Dolphin Leisure Easy Cove
Proper coving is essential to prevent liner failure around the bottom seam and to stop the liner being forced under the wall by water pressure
If using Dolphin Leisure 8mm Deluxe Insulation Foam, cut into strips before fitting
Fix to the wall following the supplied instructions
At least two people are required
Carefully drape the liner over the pool wall
Allow creases from packing to relax before positioning
Ensure the bottom seam sits correctly on the coving
Pull the liner evenly up and over the wall
Smooth floor wrinkles from the centre outward
Add no more than 1 inch of water initially and remove remaining wrinkles
Do not continue filling until all wrinkles are removed
Do not cut skimmer or return holes until the water is almost at the correct level, then follow your pool’s installation instructions
