Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the following:

Faulty items

Non-faulty items, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging
Please note that a 20% handling and administrative fee will be applied to the return of non-faulty items.
We are unable to accept returns for items that:

Are not normally stocked and have been specially ordered, or
-
Have been custom-made to a customer’s unique size or specification
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return carriage for all goods, unless collection has been explicitly agreed in advance between Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd, the manufacturer, and the customer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
