Shipping and Handling

UK Mainland Deliveries

  • Free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes on orders over £100.00 + VAT

  • Orders under £100.00 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £7.46 + VAT

Some areas — including Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands — may incur additional charges on certain items.
If this applies to your order, we will always contact you for approval before dispatch.

Overseas & Non-Mainland Deliveries

Important Notice

We do not generally ship outside the UK mainland.

However, international and non-mainland customers are welcome to arrange their own carrier to collect goods directly from our distributors.

If you are unable to organise your own transport, we may be able to assist in specific cases, but please note:

  • This will increase the overall cost of the order

  • Any additional carriage charges will be invoiced separately

  • All arrangements must be agreed prior to dispatch

Hazardous Goods

Please note that we are unable to ship swimming pool chemicals, spa chemicals, or water treatment products overseas, as these items are designated as hazardous goods.

Chemicals such as Sodium Hypochlorite (Liquid chlorine), Hydrochloric acid, Hydrogen Peroxide and product containing Phosphoric. Oxalic acid and potassium Hydroxide are subject to extra delivery caharges and please note that we can only deliver to a commercial address.

Delivery Schedule (UK Mainland)

  • Orders are processed promptly

  • If items are in stock, delivery is usually made via next-working-day courier service

  • During busy periods or winter months, please allow up to five working days

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Pool Packages, Spas & Large Items

  • Pool packages, portable spas, and hot tubs are usually held in stock

  • Some larger items may need to be specially ordered

  • Our Customer Services team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements for all large consignments

If you are not ready to receive delivery (for example, due to holidays or pending electrical works), we can arrange delivery for a later date.

Additional Delivery Requirements

  • Requests for specific delivery dates or morning deliveries may incur an additional charge

  • Some portable spas and swim spas may require a crane, which must be arranged separately and will incur extra cost

  • While we can often arrange delivery on a specific date, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed

In rare cases where delivery cannot be made on the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances, the goods will be delivered as soon as possible thereafter.
