Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail, or with complete confidence over the Internet using our secure connection.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque, if you prefer, although the cheque must be received by us at least five working days before despatch, in order for the cheque to be cleared.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term in case a mistake has been made in pricing or description, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable; likewise, if a product is no longer available, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.
Shipping And Handling
Please note that shipping to most UK mainland postcodes will be free for all orders over £58.75 including VAT. Orders under this amount will be subject to a standard shipping charge of £5.60 including VAT.
Some areas for example, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may require additional charges on certain items. In such circumstances we will always contact you for your confirmation before despatching the goods.
We frequently ship pools and equipment to European destinations. We are able to arrange shipping of most items in our online store to Europe, so please contact our Customer Services Department on 08451 303067 for help and advice, before adding items to your basket.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away, and under normal circumstances, most goods are despatched by UK mainland couriers/carriers within five working days. Please note you must always arrange for someone to be available at the delivery address to receive & sign for the consignment.
Pool packages and portable spas are usually very large consignments. You will always be contacted by our Customer Services Department to make and confirm delivery arrangements for large consignments. In addition, you may not be ready for us to deliver your pool or spa straight away, for example you may have a holiday booked or be waiting for an electrical installation, in which case we can arrange for delivery to take place once you are ready.
Please note that Portable Spas and Swim Spas sometimes require a crane to be available, which you will need to arrange, and will obviously incur additional cost.
We are usually able to arrange delivery of a large consignment on a specific day, but we can never specify an exact time.
Back Orders
If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will supply a product of equivalent price and quality. Should we not be able to supply an alternative, we will contact you with an estimate of when the item will become available again and put it on back order for you. Should you prefer not to wait for the item you will be given the option to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, any credit card numbers sent are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you prefer, however, you may either call us with your credit card details, or select Invoice with Order, then arrange to pay us by some other method, for example, by cheque.

Returns Policy
Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd offer a 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee ON ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FAULTY and ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FAULTY THAT ARE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
However, we will apply a 20% handling and administrative charge on any large items returned, that are not faulty.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive .
Remittance Terms
All goods remain the absolute property of Dolphin Leisure (UK) Ltd until paid for in full. No goods will be despatched therefore until full payment has cleared.
