Our Fitness Zone Infrared saunas are manufactured in Austria to exceptionally high standards using superior materials. Infrared is the natural radiation produced by all warm objects, for example the sun or a tiled stove. This radiation heats the skin and the underlying tissue layers very efficiently and safely. This heat is transmitted to the whole body through the circulatory system. Infrared is a safe form of long-wave radiation and is an excellent way to relax and increase your general sense of well-being without any side effects. Our range of saunas utilises three types Infrared (IR) heat source. IR Ceramic Emitters in the starter models (good), IR Foil Heaters in the standard models (better) and IR Heating Panels in the Superior models (the best).
