Important
- It is very essential that you use an approved electrical contractor for any electrical works, especially involving swimming pools. Not all electricians are the same, make sure that you select one that is competent and qualified to certify the works and register them under Part P of the building regulations. Failure to do this has serious implications. It would be wise for you to check out the N.I.C.E.I.C. website.
- When planning the layout of your pool and the associated plant, please bear in mind that any electrical equipment must not be adjacent to the pool, leave at least 2 metres from the pool rim and install it in a dry, sheltered location. Check out the current edition of B.S.7671 for a more detailed description.

Swimelex Elec Range
This range of panels is designed to be used in conjunction with the Elecro 9, 12 & 15 kW pool heaters.
By means of timed control it enables the use of *Economy 7 Off peak electricity tariffs* This will, when compared with standard tariffs, save a considerable amount on the cost of heating your pool.
All Elec panels are supplied with 2 metres of suitably sized flex for connection to the Elecro heater.
* If you do not currently have Economy 7 metering this can normally be provided by your electricity supplier free of charge.*
Swimelex Eco Range
This panel is designed for use with heat pumps, it embraces all the necessary technology to enable installation of this most cost effective method of pool heating.
Can be supplied with remote socket for heat pump connection.
Swimelex Heatex
This panel is used in conjunction with a heat exchanger which is normally connected to a gas or oil boiler. Incorporating the latest digital technology it will accurately control the temperature of the pool water, monitor the water flow and offer timed control of the system.
All of the above panels can be fitted with the following features at an additional cost.
1] Controls for the safe use of under water pool lighting.
2] Control of counter current swim jets and swimming pool machines.
3] Additional circuits for any power or lighting requirements.
