DIY Family Pool Project in nine easy steps

What's involved in a typical DIY above ground pool installation

Follow the sequence of photos shown below



  1. Install foundations ie. paving slabs or concrete base.
  2. Assemble frame and wall.
  3. Level Pool base and install polystyrene floor, install preformed pool coving and wall insulation foam.
  4. Install pool liner.
  5. Assemble filtration system, fill pool with water and add chemical treatments
  6. Construct frame for decking.
  7. Fix surface decking, install pool ladder and solar panels
  8. Landscaping.
  9. Finished project! Just add children (not supplied by Dolphin Leisure)
